1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window: Sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Process: Contact us via email (info@eliminatedynamcl.world) or phone (+61 3 9867 4521) with at least 24 hours' notice.
2. Refund Terms
Single Sessions
- Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: Full refund (AUD $75)
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: No refund; session fee retained
- No-show (without contact): No refund
4-Week Programs
- Cancellation before first session: Full refund (AUD $240)
- Cancellation after 1 session: Refund of 75% (AUD $180)
- Cancellation after 2 sessions: Refund of 50% (AUD $120)
- Cancellation after 3+ sessions: No refund
Discovery Sessions
- Complimentary sessions: No charge; cancellation with 24 hours' notice waives no penalties
3. Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Multiple rescheduling (3+ changes) may result in cancellation of the session.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Processing time depends on your financial institution.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of emergency illness, injury, or hardship, please contact us immediately at info@eliminatedynamcl.world. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. Results Not Guaranteed
Coaching services are educational. We do not guarantee specific results, habit formation, or outcomes. Refunds are based on session delivery, not results achieved.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Materials, templates, and resources provided during sessions are non-refundable after delivery.
8. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 7 days of your session via email or phone with your request
- Provide your session date, booking reference, and reason for refund
- We will review and respond within 3 business days
- If approved, refund processes within 7–10 business days
9. Disputes
If you dispute a refund decision, contact us to discuss further. If unresolved, you may pursue consumer protection remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
